Processing Time: Orders are typically shipped within 3-7 business days after receiving cleared payment. Some products may require up to 30 days for delivery.
Delivery Time: Expedited Shipping (FedEx/DHL/USPS/UPS): 2-6 workdays to the USA, 3-8 workdays to other countries. Please note that international delivery times may vary depending on the courier company and local customs/duties.
Shipping Address: Please ensure that you provide us with the correct, precise, and detailed shipping address. It is important to include your correct phone number so that the carrier can smoothly contact you for delivery purposes.
  1. Freight (Shipping Charges): The shipping cost is calculated based on the weight and destination country. Different products and addresses will have different shipping costs. You can check the shipping cost on the cart page before completing your purchase.
  2. Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the listed price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

We offer a 30-day return period, starting from the day you receive your item, during which you can request a return.
Non-Warranty Returns: Please note that our return policy only applies to non-warranty items. Original parts are not eligible for return.
Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It should be unused or unworn.
  • All tags should be intact.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact us at power@yempart.com. We will provide you with further instructions. Kindly note that all returns need to be sent to the following address: Shop 508, Building 5, No. 36 Zhuji Road, Tianhe District, Guangzhou
Please be aware that we cannot accept returns that were sent to us without prior authorization.
Return Process: Upon receiving the returned item, one of the following actions will take place:
  • Refunds: If approved, a refund of the original purchase price will be issued.
  • Exchange: In case of replacement parts, a suitable alternative will be sent.
Important Points to Note:
  • All returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • A restocking fee of 15% may be applied.
  • Parts cannot be returned without a valid return authorization number.
  • If you are returning any items, please provide us with the tracking number so that we can keep track of their arrival and process the credit accordingly.
  • Return shipping costs will not be covered for incorrectly ordered parts or parts that are no longer needed.
  • The responsibility for paying shipping fees lies with the buyer.
Refunds: We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
